Seems like a few kids here will be going P1 in 2016!
I am also concern abt the ‘bored issues’ that’s going to surface next yr too.
My boy will be going to Henry park next yr. I hope it will be a Gd match for him. I didn’t send him for any subject based enrichments.
We were told by the psychologist that the assessment result won’t help my child gain priority enter into any specific schs locally.
I will let his teacher know his assessment result during the orientation so that she’s aware of it and we can work together, not against each other.
My boy doesn’t hv ‘space out’ issues but his asynchronous development, OE in various areas can be quite a handful. He’s showing some executive dysfunctioning too.
I am not sure what’s going to work for him when he is in P1 now but I am going to work closely with the teacher to help him.
The officer fr MOE gifted Ed branch told us to get back to her after my son enters P1 but I doubt much will be done.
