Firstly, the test we took is very similar to Raven's Advanced Progressive Matrices. Mensa gave your test score as a percentile value. If you got 98th percentile, it means 130IQ sd15. For 99th percentile, it means 135IQ sd15. For 99.9th percentile, it means 145IQ sd15, it also means you got near perfect score for the test. 1 in 1000 people can get 145IQ.
