I agree that any meaningful mentorship has to take place on a non-virtual platform. Before developing some kind of database that Nicholas has suggested, my idea is to use this forum as that database.

For juniors to post help for guidance or for mentors to post their availability like what joowong has posted above. Once the initial connection has been made, mentors and their juniors can follow-up on a more intimate level.
